A lot of DJs and fans of EDM around the world have been pointing their fingers over the last few days regarding a video that surfaced on Youtube showing Paris Hilton’s first DJ gig in Brazil. Among many other complaints, the majority of people were taken back by Paris Hilton’s pre-recorded set, cheesy mic usage, and annoying stage presence. Many accused Afrojack of supporting Paris Hilton’s decision to begin her DJ ‘career,’ mainly because of the rumors of their relationship, and collaboration on a track (Afrojack Ft Paris Hilton – Last Night.) Afrojack has finally come out and responded to all the accusations on Sirus/XM radio’s BPM channel to put some of the rumors to rest (although he mentions that he was not supposed to comment about Paris Hilton for PR reasons.)  One thing that Afrojack can’t get far enough away from at this point is that he actually did collaborate on the ‘Last Night’ track with Paris, which is sure to draw a lot of criticism.
