Foster The People – Don’t Stop (Oliver Remix) | Oliver is one of our favorite Indie Disco producers, and a lot of people don’t know that he was (and still is) a very accomplished turntablist DJ, formally known by the alias ‘U-Tern.’ I gotta say that it’s more of a rarity than it would seem that an ‘open format’ DJ transitions over to making (what I would define as) good music. Not to hate on any DJ in particular, but I know of a lot of huge name open format DJs that have transitioned to producing, and the vast majority of the time their DJ fame carries the popularity of their production rather than the music speaking for itself. Oliver’s tracks are genuinely superb which makes the music critic inside of me pretty stoked. He’s done it again her ewith the great Indie Disco remix of Foster the People’s ” Don’t Stop, a great reinvention of a stellar track. | Foster The People – Don’t Stop (Oliver Remix)
