Another great remix from Knife Party entitled 'Labrinth - Last Time (Knife Party Remix.)' It would appear that Knife Party is positioning themselves for a pretty spectacular take over of 2012. We have been featuring them on iClub: Dub and EDM for a while now and have spent some time watching their production quality grow, and Labrinth - Last Time (Knife Party Remix) is just one more step to some serious impacts on the EDM scene in 2012! Also in interesting news, it would appear that UKF has launched a "Music" Channel, which appears to be good tracks that didn't fit their D&B or Dubstep genres. Dj Shadow - "Scale It Back" feat. Little Dragon (Kev Willow Remix) (The Winning Entry)

Congrats to Kev Willow & Robotaki tying the win for the DJ Shadow "Scale It Back" Remix Competition! Not only were their 2 winning remixes catchy and amazing, they both had a very different remix styles and takes on the original track "Scale it Back" by infamous DJ Shadow feat. Little Dragon. While Robotaki's was soothing and laid back, Willow's was upbeat and bass dropping. Santigold - Disparate Youth

Santigold released her second single, "Disparate Youth", off of her sophomore LP (Master of My Make-Believe) today and it is A-Mazziinngg. Following the recently released first single "Big Mouth", "Disparate Youth" builds up the anticipation to hear the five-track EP due to come out April 8th. SBTRKT - Hold On (Sisi BakBak Remix)

       Rumor has it Thom Yorke (lead singer of Radiohead) has remixed SBTRKT's single "Hold On" released a couple days ago on a University of Washington radio station. It is not confirmed, but the track could definitely pass for some of Thom Yorke's work. “Hold On” is to be released on February 21st, and out on limited edition on 12" in May. Deadmau5 - Get In The October Cart, Pig

You may have heard the intro for this track a while ago when it used to be called 'Get In The Cart, Pig.' Back then it was a little 30 second snippet that Deadmau5 posted along with a bunch of other unfinished 'thoughts' of songs. The title of this song in particular I believe was inspired by Deadmau5' liking to the game 'Minecraft.' Well it looks like he picked this one back up and put some more work into it. Not entirely sure why he named it "Deadmau5 - Get In The October Cart, Pig" since we aren't really anywhere close to the month of October, but maybe that is when he worked on it and it just was leaked now. In any case  it's worth listening to. Can't ever really go wrong with Deadmau5' signature synths over anything... Haven't heard a whole lot from Deadmau5 for a while now since 4X4=12 was released, so it's good to see him put something out! If you like this track you may also enjoy our EDM Podcast.
